1-1 يتعين على المقاول وفقا لطلب الحكومة وطبقا لهذا العقد توريد قطع الغيار والمواد والقيام بأعمال الإصلاح والتوضيب وتقديم الخدمات الفنية لمحركات (سي اف ام 56- 2 ايه-3) العائدة لـ ( ) ومكوناتها والأجزاء التركيبية. أما إذا كانت المادة تحت الضمان فيقوم المقاول بإكمال العمل وفقا لشروط الضمان بالتنسيق مع الجهة التي أصدرت الضمان.
1-2 يتضمن هذا العقد "بيان العمل" - والمرافق التي توضح بالتفصيل الخدمات المطلوب تنفيذها من قبل المقاول وتشتمل على التالي:
1-2-1 أعادة درجة حرارة غازات العادم المنبعثة من المحرك إلى المستوى المطلوب عن طريق إصلاح وتوضيب الأجزاء التركيبية لمحركات ( )
1-2-2 القيام بأعمال التوضيب أو الإصلاح للمواد النهائية والمكونات والأجزاء التكميلية.
1-2-3 تقديم أعمال الفحص والإختبار والمعايرة والتعديل والإصلاح والخدمات.
1-2-4 تقديم المعلومات والمستندات الفنية والنشرات.
1-2-5 تقديم مطالبات الضمانات بالنيابة عن الحكومة إلى شركة إنترناشيونال موتورز فان التجارية بفرنسا، باريس.
1-2-6 تقديم أعمال الجرد، التغليف، تجهيز الشاحنات، والقيام بنقل قطع الغيار من المكان المخصص للحكومة في موقع المقاول السابق (أي ) إلى موقع الإصلاح للمقاول.
1-2-7 الإستفادة من أجهزة إدارة المعلومات للحاسب الآلي لمتابعة وضع أوامر الشراء / الإصلاح الخاصة بـ ( ).
1-2-8 القيام بتحديث والمحافظة على وضع جميع أوامر الشراء/ الإصلاح الخاصة بـ( ) ومتابعة وضعها.
1-3 يتعين على المقاول وعند انتهاء مدة العقد وتمت ترسية العقد الجديد إلى مقاول آخر، والتعاون مع المقاول الجديد لإنجاز عملية الجرد وتغليف شحنات المواد وشحنها من مستودعات الحكومة في موقع المقاول السابق إلى المستودعات في موقع المقاول الجديد وأي خدمات ضرورية حسب تعليمات الحكومة.
Translation - English 1. CONTRACT'S SUBJECT MATTER
1.1 The Contractor shall, at the Government's instruction and in accordance with this Contract, supply the items and components, undertake the overhaul and repair works, and provide the technical support for ( ) engines of ( ), as well as their components and parts. If the supplied material is under a warranty, the Contractor shall complete the work according to the warranty terms and conditions in coordination with the issuer of the warranty.
1.2 This Contract includes the Statement of Work annexed hereto which explains in detail the services to be provided by the Contractor, including:
1.2.1 To restore the temperature of the engine's exhaust gas to the required level by repairing and overhauling the components of ( ) engines;
1.2.2 To undertake the repair and overhaul works of the final items, components as well as the accessory parts;
1.2.3 To provide inspection, commissioning, calibration, gauging, adjustment and repair works and services;
1.2.4 To provide the required information, technical documents and brochures;
1.2.5 To place the warranty claims on behalf of the Government with International Motors Van in Paris, France
1.2.6 To provide the inventory work, shipments packaging, trucks mobilization and preparation, and ship the components/ items from the Government's designated depots in the previous Contractor's facility (i.e. ) to the Contractor's repair facility;
1.2.7 To use the computer databases of the IT Department to follow up the status of the Repair/ Purchase Orders of the ( ); and
1.2.8 To update, maintain and follow up the status of all Purchase or Repair Orders of the ( ).
1.3 The current Contractor shall, at the expiration of the Contract and upon awarding the new contract to another contractor, cooperate with the new contractor to complete the inventory works, shipments packaging and ship the items from the Government's designated depots in the previous Contractor's facility to the new Contractor's facility as well as to provide any necessary services at the instructions of the Government.
