CERTIFICATE
This is to certify that the Luxembourg investment fund XYZ, an investment company with variable capital ("societe d'investissement a capital variable") established on 00-00-0000, with its office at ZYX is registered on the list referred to in article 94(1) of the law of 20 December 2002 concerning undertakings for collective investment.
The registration on the official list of investment funds is tantamount to an authorization by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier. In order to remain on this list, the undertaking for collective investment must observe all the provisions of the laws and regulations relating to the organization and operation of investment funds.
The investment fund XYZ falls under part I of the aforementioned law of 20 December 2002 and fulfils the conditions imposed by the Council Directive of 20 December 1985 (85/61 I/EEC) on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS), as amended.

Zaświadcza się, że luksemburski fundusz inwestycyjny XYZ, spółka inwestycyjna o zmiennym kapitale zakładowym („societe d’investissement a capital variable”) założona dnia 00-00-0000, mająca swoją siedzibę pod adresem ZYX, jest zarejestrowana na liście, o której mowa w artykule 94(1) ustawy z dnia 20 grudnia 2002 dotyczącej instytucji wspólnego inwestowania.
Rejestracja na oficjalnej liście funduszy inwestycyjnych jest równoznaczna z autoryzacją dokonaną przez Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier. Aby pozostać na tej liście, instytucja wspólnego inwestowania musi zastosować się do wszelkich przepisów prawnych zawartych w ustawach oraz rozporządzeń odnoszących się do organizacji oraz działalności funduszy inwestycyjnych.
Fundusz inwestycyjny XYZ podlega części I wyżej wspomnianej ustawy z dnia 20 grudnia 2002 oraz spełnia warunki nałożone na niego przez Dyrektywę Rady Europejskiej z dnia 20 grudnia 1985 (85/611/EWG) dotyczące harmonizacji ustaw, rozporządzeń oraz postanowień administracyjnych odnoszących się do instytucji wspólnego inwestowania w zbywalne papiery wartościowe (UCITS), z późniejszymi zmianami.
