The next few pages will tell you what to expect at each appointment. Please ask your study team if you have any questions about your appointments or tests.
For each appointment, please remember to bring with you:
• Any medication(s) you are taking
• Any questions you have for your study team
BASELINE PERIOD
This visit helps us to assess whether you’re fully eligible to join this trial. During this time, you will not receive the study medications.
