Gemeinschaftssinn Leider gewinne ich den Eindruck, das die Aufdrucke von T-Shirts und anderen Textilien mit hoher Priorität verfolgt wird, um den Namen XXX in die Welt zu tragen. Nebenbei beendet man die finanzielle Unterstützung von Events, die den Unternehmensnamen stärker und freundlicher nach Außen tragen würden. Mein Gefühl ist, das in vielen Bereichen auf ein direktes Werbebudget verzichtet wird, und indirekte Methoden favorisiert werden. Ich stelle fest, das ich den Namen XXX in der Vergangenheit öfter und postiver wahrgenommen hatte (Nachrichten, etc.) als jetzt XXX. Was da alles reinspielt, kann ich aufgrund geringer Informationsdichte nicht feststellen. Leistungswille Dieser ist vorhanden, auch bei Kollegen, man sollte nur eine Umgebung schaffen, die das Herausbilden bzw. Vorzeigen dieser Eigenschaft begünstigen.
