《科学翻译学》教材化研究

摘 要
Abstract
《科学翻译学》自2004年出版以来，已三次印刷，达9000册，国内外有八篇书评从不同角度对本书作了评价。《科学翻译学》2006年获武汉市社科研究成果（专著类）二等奖，2007年入选国家经典名著千卷本“中国文库”，正在印刷5000本的精装本。鉴于良好的学术价值和社会效应，出版届有意将其作为高校教材。而《科学翻译学》从学者案头走向学生书桌，从专著变为教材，必经教材化过程。所以拟编的《科学翻译学教程》将以《科学翻译学》为基础，根据教学需要进行改造。其教材化过程主要包括如下几种转变：从基于翻译策略注重理论转变为突出实践操作性和理论的应用性；从本科生和研究生基于翻译实践的理论与学科意识的培养转变为翻译技能训练与理论和学科意识的建立；从适于专著铺陈的学科框架调整为适于课堂教学的组织结构；从理论的详尽描述性转变为理论的简明规范性；从翻译策略例证加理据分析模式转变为例析中重鉴别、训练中体悟的模式；从严谨的学术表述转变为灵活的教材编排，增加了导读（简介本章或节的要点或主要内容）、导译（有目的地引导学生翻译，指明训练的目的等）、练习（翻译策略部分设“练习与研讨”，翻译理论部分设“问题与思考”）、附录（附录翻译学常用术语、参考答案或提示等）、进一步阅读的文献（有助于学习者深入阅读）。翻译学理论如何走向人才培养，如何在学术著作与翻译教材之种构筑一道桥梁，是一种尝试。从描写性走向规范性，从专门化到普及化，从学术性走向教学性，结构的调整，内容的增减等等，旨在使之符合翻译人才培养的规律与需求。
Translation - English Science Translatology has been completed threefold prints with volumes of 9000 since its first release in 2004, for which eight pieces of reviews has been made from different perspectives both at home and abroad. In 2006, it was born the palm of runner-up in the competition of Social Science Research (Monograph)in Wuhan city and chosen in the national Chinese Literary of one thousand of classical masterpieces in 2007. Now 5000 volumes of splendid edition are on the printing. In view of its benign academic values and social affection, publishing circles intend to make it as the teaching material in colleges. However, it necessitates to be transformed from the scholar’s secretaire to students’ desk and from the monograph to teaching stuff as the teaching materials in college. Therefore, the Science Translatology Course planned will be transformed in terms of the needs of teaching specifications based upon the Science Translatology. Following transformations are included in the course of teaching materialization: transformation from the translational strategy or theory-oriented to prominent practical operation and theoretical application; shift from the cultivation of disciplinary sense of translation theory & practice in present both undergraduates and graduates to the establishment of training of translation skills and disciplinary consciousness; framework adjustment from monographic expatiation to texture suitable for teaching in class; change from detailed theoretical description to concise standardization; paradigms shift from the translation strategical exemplification with rational analysis to appreciation and realization in exercises; teaching material arrangement from precise academic statement to flexible disposition. Moreover, five parts are added in this book, such as direction for reading (synopsis for the main contents of this chapter or section), tips for translation (direct the students to translate purposively with specified training targets), exercises ( exercises &discussion and problems & thinking are set in the parts of translation strategies and translation theories respectively), appendix (including the terminology in translatology, reference answers or tips for translation) and further readings( facilitate the learner to make a further reading). It is an attempt both on the aspects of transforming the translation theory to talents cultivation and bridging the gap between the academic monograph to translation teaching materials. Also it aims to make it accord with the laws and requirement of the translation talents cultivation so that transformations from description to standardization, specialization to generalization, academic to teachings along with the adjustment of its structure and content are made.

3.1.1 Conception
Core of the Q8p robot welding system is the fully adjustable and/or automated Q8p control for default parameters, supervision and documentation during welding with fully mechanized robot systems.
It’s a machine concretion which is based on performance, high availability, flexibility and compatibility. The control provides perfect compatibility of the individual components of the system. Modern inverter technique with a fully digital control unit guarantees reproducibility and transportability of the machine settings. Power source properties are independent from the hardware (e.g. transformer) since all dynamic and static properties are provided by software. Furthermore, it controls the dynamic current rise behavior, the maximum current, and the droplet transition during the pulsed arc process. Steel, CrNi steel, aluminum, bronze or special materials: Excellent welding properties are assured. For a global application, the power sources are designed to accept 400/440/460 Volts of mains voltages and a permissible supply voltage tolerance of +/-15%. They are certified to IEC.
The division line between the system and other devices of the welding installation represents a general-purpose interface to the robot and/or the robot controller/PLC. In case of questions about the robot or its control, please refer to the relevant operating manuals.
3.1.2 Technique
The Q8p control contains the following features.
Welding programs:
744 welding programs to be called directly by the robot.
Unlimited number of welding programs available online via PC network.
Welding programs can be optimized on site or via PC network.
Data storage by Q8p control, PC, or net. server.
Welding documentation:
Measurement values recorded during welding are stored in the Q8p.
Related welding programs can be reconstructed at any time.
Automatically generated notes and alarm messages are stored.
Storage is carried out centrally on the PC-server including nominal parameters.
Welding process supervision
Special supervision parameters are allocated to all welding programs. Limit value reactions are assigned to supervision parameters.
All alarm messages for operator and system are stored.
Changes of welding programs carried out by operating personnel are stored.
