Source text - English Purchase Price: In full consideration of the rights and properties in and to the Picture sold and assigned and agreed to be sold and assigned by Producer pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 7 above, XYZ agrees to pay to Producer and Producer agrees to accept an amount (hereinafter called the « Purchase Price ») equal to the aggregate of the following :
