4. Pouvoir utiliser intelligemment un progiciel de prévision
5. Pouvoir mettre en place un service de prévision efficace utilisant un progiciel spécialisé.
Ce que vous devez savoir avant d'aborder ce module :
La prévision fait appel à la statistique et demande donc un minimum de connaissances en ce domaine. Les éléments nécessaires à la compréhension du Module "Prévisions" sont :
• notion de probabilité
• notion de moyenne, moyenne mobile, lissage exponentiel
• notion de distribution
• notion de loi statistique, loi normale
Les notions mathématiques nécessaires sont limitées aux connaissances d'un baccalauréat même littéraire : fonctions linéaires, symboles mathématiques classiques, etc.

You are going to obtain some general knowledge about forecasting the demand, which is necessary for:
1. Understanding the interest and the basic principles in forecasting demand
2. Learning how to use the classical methods, and in particular, knowing how to analyze a chronological series
3. Being able to choose a forecasting software package
4. Being able to intelligently use a forecasting software package
5. Being able to set up an efficient forecasting service using a specialized software package.
What you should know before starting this module:
The forecast is based on statistics, thus demanding minimum knowledge in this field. The necessary elements in order to understand the « Forecasting » Module are as follows:
• Notions of probabilities
• Notions of mean, mobile mean, exponential increase smoothing
• Notions of distributions
• Notions of statistics law, normal law
The necessary mathematical notions are limited to the knowledge of a high school graduate even from the humanities: linear functions, classical mathematical symbols, etc.
