Bio
I'm a freelance translator and I'd like to move up in the profession.
I am a certified technical translator, an English language teacher and also a qualified electrician.

In the past 25 years, I completed several translation projects mainly in the fields of Archaeology, Sociology, Localization, Marketing and Branding (mainly HU-EN).

Recently, I have completed translation projects via ProZ (EN-HU), including a large continuous job for eBay via Lingo24, where I was part of a team that translated the eBay website. I am familiar with XML Cloud and can handle large volumes of content.

I have extensive translation experience, and I use modern tools (MemoQ, MateCat, Subtitle Edit) and the online services on a high level (Machine Translation, Transcription, etc.).

I have been dealing with IT for more than 15 years, including website design, building and management, as well as copywriting, image editing, video and graphics (Adobe softwares).
I have relevant experience in marketing, branding, recruiting, and archaeology.
