Source text - Chinese 提 要 :Halliday 的系统功能语法在语篇分析中具有极大的影响力。本文从 Halliday 的系统功能语法中的语篇纯理功能入手 ,对王维的《送元二使安西》一诗和它的几种英译文进行了衔接、主述位结构与信息中心和逻辑 —语义关系的对比研究。结果发现 ,在衔接系统方面 ,由于源语语篇体裁和汉语注重意合的原因 ,原文没有任何衔接手段 ,而译文也只有少量的人称指代和连接的衔接手段。在主述位结构与信息中心和逻辑 —语义方面 ,除了少量的不同之外 ,原文与四篇英译文大部分是相似的。本研究证明了以系统功能语法为框架的语篇分析理论在翻译研究中具有可操作性和应用性。 | Translation - English Halliday’s systemic functional grammar (SFG) has had a great influence on discourse analysis. This paper will begin by making a comparative study of textual metafunction, part of Halliday’s SFG, in several English translations of Wang Wei’s poem, ‘Seeing Yuan the Second off on a Mission to Anxi’. It will compare cohesion, theme-rheme, information focus and logico-semantic relations. The findings reveal that the source text does not contain any cohesive devices. This is due to the genre of the source text and the importance of parataxis in Chinese. On the other hand the translated texts contain a few personal reference and conjunctive cohesive devices. Bar a few exceptions, the source text’s theme-rheme, information focus and logico-semantics are very similar to those in the four English translations. This research paper will demonstrate that using SFG as a theoretical framework for discourse analysis in translation research is both operable and practical. |

莫健欢:在一个避险的环境之下,很多投资人都会选择投资太多现金,但是他们知道现金的收益率很低,扣除通胀之后,其实是减低他们的购买力。在股票方面,虽然它们的估值现在比较吸引,但是投资者还是要承受比较大的短期波动。所以我们还是认为投资债券,尤其是一些优质的企业债券是一个不错的选择。
女主持:现在有那么多的债券基金,那投资者应该怎么选择呢?
莫健欢:从风险角度来看,投资人都可能选择一些比较低风险的债券,比如说是一些政府债券。但是以美国的国债为例,其实它们的收益率已经跌至一个新低的水平,而且它们也比通胀为低。我们还是会认为投资评级的企业债券可以是不错的选择,因为它们现在的利率大概有4%左右。
| Translation - English Female host: So interest rates are negative at the moment. What should investors do?
Michael: In a risk-averse environment, a lot of investors choose to make too many cash investments despite knowing that the rate of return on cash is very low and after deducting inflation their purchasing power is actually reduced. The value of stocks makes them attractive investments at the moment, but investors will still experience quite large fluctuations in the short-term. So we actually think that investing in bonds, and high quality corporate bonds in particular, is a good option.
Female host: There are so many bond funds nowadays, how should investors choose between them?
Michael: With regards to risk, investors can opt for relatively low risk bonds, for example government bonds. But the rate of return, on U.S. treasury bonds for example, has actually dropped to record low levels, lower than inflation. We think that investment-grade corporate bonds can be a good choice because their current interest rate is about 4% or so. |

FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT: HACCP SYSTEM
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of these instructions is to establish and document a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) based on the principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). The HACCP allow the absence of health hazards to consumers in all foodstuffs which are stored, made and served in the facilities of TERMINALES PORTUARIAS LTD., to be continuously guaranteed.
This system responds to the requirements of Regulation (CE) n° 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of
the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs.
