Translation - English The invention regards a bicycle that has better portability with respect to the currently marketed, while retaining high performance. The footprint of the bicycle is reducible by removing the wheels from the front fork and trailing arm. The frame, compared to the usual MTB (mountain bike), is designed with an ergonomic criteria to allow an easy and correct transportability of the vehicle either over particularly rough terrain requiring walking or transportation by car. These features have been achieved through an advanced ergonomic design of the main triangle of the frame and of the trailing arm. The main triangle has been developed so as to allow, along with the required strength of the structure, the efficient positioning of one arm under the top tube in order to achieve a functionally adequate position for “on shoulder” transportation of the bicycle. Furthermore, the geometry of the tubes and the shape of the entire frame have been optimized in order to allow the user to fold the vehicle on itself and to allow it to easily fit in the trunk of any car. Furthermore, the suspension system is traction sensitive and has variable travel that is easily set by the user. The single pivot structure of the trailing arm is designed in aluminum and carbon fiber with a variable rectangular cross section. The novel presence of a single pivot suspension in a bicycle that gives optimal strength and minor weight to the entire structure has brought to the subsequent modification of the rear wheel which has been specifically developed to adapt to the frame.

Source text - Russian
Translation - English Cardiomyopathy
Cardiomyopathy – this is a change in the heart muscle often due to an unidentified cause. A condition for establishing the diagnosis “cardiomyopathy” is the absence (or the ruling out after examination) of congenital development anomalies, valvular heart disease, damage caused by systemic vascular disease, arterial hypertension, pericarditis as well as some rare variations of damage to the cardiac conduction system.
Correspondingly, three main types of cardiomyopathic heart muscle damage are noted, in particular, dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and restrictive cardiomyopathy. This categorization is usually based on the evaluation of the heart circulation and already at the initial phase of the disease allows in a number of cases to establish the direction of search for the possible cause of the condition. If no primary cause for the damage is found, it is considered to be a form of idiopathic cardiomyopathy.

Experience
Years of experience: 42. Registered at ProZ.com: Jan 2009.
Born in Sofia, Bulgaria, at the tiny age of 5 I was shipped to Rome, Italy following an appointment of my father to the Bulgarian embassy there. 6 years later with 2 of them in the Russian elementary school in the Soviet embassy, I was back in Sofia continuing in the Russian school "Al. Pushkin". Barely 4 years there, here we go again: Addis Abeba, Ethiopia.
No Russian, no Italian and definitely no Bulgarian schools there, so I join "St.Joseph" jesuit run English school. I was fortunate to have some of the best teachers on earth.
Graduated HS and got a GEC from London University. Studied one year Civil Engineering at the Haile Selassie University and then returned to Sofia, where I enrolled at the "Karl Marx" economics institute - foreign economic relations. Graduated in 1977 with a Masters in International Economics. The rest you can read in my CV.
I have no formal translation training, but as a general representative for the Italian company FIAT (5 years)and Italtel (2 years), Italian-Bulgarian-Italian translations were incessant, up to and including top government officials, Chambers of commerce, ICE etc. Most educational were the long and arcane negotiations involving nascent digital switchboard technologies and related proprietary software of Italtel. Elucidating the terminology prepared me for the coming world of personal computing. Translating and polishing the contracts was my job, too.
10 more years I worked with the Swedish trading house "Elof Hansson". Translation, contracts, you know the drill...... Then moved to the USA. Here I worked 5 years for Blue Cross/ Blue Shield - one of the largest health insurance companies, translating medical bills and medical records from around the world.
In translation, I believe in one thing only: to accurately convey the original meaning of the source. This puts me at a disadvantage when it comes to speed - 1000/1500 words a day. I have to completely understand the subject of my translation. As an amateur inventor, my forte are patents, but obviously I know a great deal about medicine, science and economics. I am a subscriber of Scientific American, Popular Science, Popular Mechanics and The Economist and I read everything.
