Although this reference is, in my opinion, indispensable for English-German/German-English legal translators, it is best used in conjunction with other (also monolingual) printed resources (such as Romain, Black's Law Dictionary and Creifelds, to name but a few), as well as authoritative web references.
On the one hand Dietl/Lorenz is a *must have* for all legal translators (but just for legal translators because they are more likely to notice misinterpretations of certain terms); on the other hand I totally agree with Steffen and Niraja. Never trust a dictionary without double checking.
