Hello,
I was asked to put the name (Title) and the link of a translation agency on the translation works that I have done for them. Shall I proceed and put their title or I say no.

Hi Chakir,
I do not see anything wrong with putting the name and link of your client on documents if this is what they wish, and what they request you to do.
Your client is paying you, so it seems reasonable to comply with their wish.

In my opinion, it is common and reasonable. Whether or not you put the agent's name on your works, the files you are working on will still be sent to the agent and will be filtered for any mistake. In the end, the agent will put its name on your works whether or not it is known by you. This is not a violation of the copyrights, I think. It's merely about the added value for the service users. I'm sure this is just the agency's idea of clever free marketing, but I find it odd to say the least. The thing is, it's not their document to alter. It's the end client's document.
Still, at the end of the day, this is for them and their end client to settle... you might as well just comply and let the agency take responsibility for it. For all you know, the end client might even have asked for this to be done, e.g. to allow them to tell which document was trasnlated by which agency so they know who to go back to in case there is some problem with a document.

Although who pays demands quién paga, manda, I would ask them to request it by mean of a written document: mail, letter, etc. Maybe the final client does not have the same idea ... and, in all case, I would put it on a separated page. Another thing I did not understand well: If you send the translated work back to the agency, why do not they do it themselve?

All translations will be processed in one way or the other. The translation will be forwarded to a graphic artist, a web designer, to a recording studio, etc.
Like a lawyer who has to deliver all his correspondence with his own letterhead, the origin of any document must be indicated. This has nothing to do with "dubious marketing". It also indicates who is taking liability for the quality of the text.
The request is unusual but reasonable IMO.
