Laura just corrected me as to the amount: the $100 deposit at Dunn's will be counted toward the food bill, so the only amount that needs to be covered in addition to the $13.50 per person is the room fee of $95. Thus, once again based on 20 persons attending, the charge will be half of what I said earlier (i.e. $5) plus the meal. Sorry for the confusion

Yuri, a number of things have popped up, but I still hope to make it to the powwow. If I should not be able to attend, just let me know what my share would be and I'll pay you all the same. You did a great job organizing the whole thing, and I don't intend to leave you out in the cold just because of some last-minute things on my end.

Sorry, I cannot attend because i Thoght it was on friday; Unfortunately I cannot be there due to conflicting family duties.
I hope one of the topic of discussion is about a minimum in and a maximum for Proz member, offered when they bid for jobs; some of the bids are so low that makes one wonder what people would do just to get a job. Yury, I admire you for organizing this meeting and I am sure to attend the next one.

Since we are not going to have anywhere near 40 persons as originally anticipated, perhaps we should meet later? If only 10-15 people show up, there won't be much to do at the library for 3-4 hours. Why don't we set the meeting to start at 5 PM and people can come any time between 2 and 5? I'll be there at 2 anyway but the rest of you might want to come later.
