Great and useful course Dec 4, 2010

I appreciated the sequence: first the overview about the importance of having a good profile and then getting into the nitty gritty of how to go about it by using both a fake profile and real profiles of volunteer participants. Very good hands-on idea.
In the future it would be useful to have a webinar focused on feedback from its users (on how to improve those areas that could make a difference...and possibly ignite some clarifications/explanations by the webinar instructor...always usefu... See more
