Import of TMX data from other translation memoriesMar 11, 2011

Hi, Dr. Keller:

Hi, Dr. Keller:

Thanks for the great presentation. But somehow it didn't mention how to import TMX data generated by other CAT tools. And here is my problem:

I have imported an old Trados memory. I first exported the file from Trados, then went to crossTank Manager and clicked "Import translation", and followed all the prompts and clicked "finish". Then I created a new project and started to translate a new document from the same client. But I can't find any match whatsoever when I want to concorde search even the most common term/phrase. Do I have to manually link my project with the crossTank? And how do I locate the crossTank I just imported? Or are all data I import, regardless from which client(s), all stored in one crossTank?

Thanks!
