"Great! I have never thought of a risk list, now I'm going to use it! Each lesson is a sort of gold mine. When I was listening to the presentation I thought of a few situations that were just as those described, I wish I had those valuables tips then! Very interesting, it was worth attending. "
"Tom obviously knows well his stuff and it is nice that he does not mind sharing some ideas, some of what he knows and has gone through in his profession and over the years."
"I didn't really learn anything new (probably been in the business too long) but it is always good to be reminded how important it is to plan ahead and to manage not only your team and the project but the client as well.
"I personally would say the Q&A session should not be conducted via Chat, but unmuting people. It's less impersonal that way, and it somehow gives the chance to say "bye, thank you". It's a little thing but I think it makes a bit of difference.
People can be advised that their lines are about to be unmuted and so they should keep noise to minimum. That's the only issue I can think of, other then that it's much better to do the q&a sessions with open microphones.
Condensing a 2 days course in an hour is not easy so actually I think it was great, or another option it would be to do a longer session (i.e. 2 hours) as many proz training sessions run for 2 hrs.
Thanks for the seminar, it was really interesting."
