I have worked as Industrial designer for more than twenty years in several fields. I started working as a translator when I moved from Spain, to the Unites States. Since then, in 2005, I have provided translation services mostly as a freelancer to individuals, companies and agencies, but also as a contracted translator for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, a healthcare insurance company. I have performed translation services in the areas of engineering, technical, medical, insurance and marketing, and my own interests have led me to the areas of finance, law, education, food, tourism and subtitlies.
My writing produces natural, fluent and free-flowing Spanish texts, that does not look translated, but original. I place emphasis on providing quality, accuracy and my goal is to tailor my service to the needs of each client.
