Italian term

facente capo a X nel gruppo facente capo capo alla Banca Y

Italian to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)
°alla luce del recente ingesso della società del gruppo facente capo a X nel gruppo facente capo alla Banca Y°

the meaning is (more or less) clear to me but I do not seem to find a good way to put this. Any help appreciated.

the meaning of the whole sentence is something like this:
"in the light of the recent entrance by the company (part of the group whose parent company is X) into the group controlled by Bank Y"
That's what it means; as to how to make it sound like elegant English is quite another problem!
