German to English Law/Patents Real Estate
This is about a dispute between parents living in different countries, he (the petitioner) requesting the repatriation of their child to his domicile. A resolution of the German court lists
line 1 = name of the mother
line 2 = HH part. re. (part. re. even being in red)
line 3 = address of the mother
who is the respondent in this case.

Any idea what these abbreviations could mean? TIA.

to Johanna again: The HH could stand for Hochaus but by looking at the address on Google Earth, I agree that it must be Hinterhaus. Thanks a lot. Goes to prove that a "far-fetched idea" as per your suggestion can lead to an answer whereas mere stupid questions by someone just trying to annoy fall short in every respect.

Johanna: your logic, however, is compelling. HH could stand for some sort of housing designation and part. re indeed be Parterre rechts (and the streetmame and number etc. follows on the next line. Thanks for the suggestion.

wäre bei sehr viel Fantasie eine Möglichkeit, wenn in der Zeile, wo Du "address" angibst, die Straße und Hausnummer stehen.
(das bleibt natürlich unübersetzt )

Warum das allerdings rot ist, ist mir auch schleierhaft.

vielleicht ist es rot, weil es nachträglich eingefügt ist? Meine Theorie funktioniert aber nur, wenn es sich um ein älteres Wohnhaus mit mehreren Parteien handelt, und wie gesagt, mein CL ist so ziemlich im Keller, noch nicht mal parterre :-)

if it's in Berlin, than HH= Hinterhaus. This is CL 4. I'm from Berlin.

Wenn wir schon beim Rätselraten sind, Hinterhaus, Parterre rechts wäre für Berliner Adressen sicherlich nicht ungewöhnlich.
Wenn man das googlet, gibt es ein paar obskure Treffer.
