I know what these are, but the term in English is not coming to me, and I've had a block on this one for a few days now!
These are places for patients to stay during either the treament program or the trip made to have treatment. These are either funded or organized by the proposal. This is about those disadvantaged patients who live in isolated areas of Colombia, and cannot afford to travel to more urban areas for treatment. Context in Spanish below. Colombian/Int. Spanish to Int. Eng (ie no country-specific terms please!)
Los pacientes recibirán estímulos para la adherencia del tratamiento como subsidios de transporte para el desplazamiento y hospedaje durante la fase de tratamiento en ***hogares de paso*** que se crearán con recursos de esta propuesta.
