English to Italian Law/Patents Insurance Title Insurance
In an Owner's Policy of Title Insurance. I wonder if someone knows the standard translation into Italian of the above phrase, which features recurrently in the document.

What I've come up with is:
'il titolo di proprieta' assegnato/acquistato'... but I'd appreciate feedback from someone who translates title insurance documents into Italian. Thanks again,

Sulla strada giusta... I believe something along the lines of "titolo - di proprietà - in corso di acquisizione/assegnazione" sounds pretty much on the right track, although I, like you would wait for someone that specialises on the subject.

Il gerundio/participio 'being' può risultare in molti casi pleonastico e a locuzione si può rendere eliminandolo e traducendo soltanto il participio passato 'vested' in funzione attributiva.
In altri casi lo si potrebbe rendere letteralmente con una frase relativa incidentale (che è acquisito.../laddove acquisito...) ma per suggerimenti più precisi e puntuali di certo occorrerebbe vedere bene a uno a uno i singoli contesti.
