Hi all -
I am translating a legal contract into English and am having difficulty using previous blog entries which seem to indicate that this should be:
"Minutes (some say "statement" or "Record") of Conciliation of Dealings with Trade Unions."
For one thing, why would "Unions" be plural?
This phrase is found all over the Net.
My attempt would be:
"Minutes of a Conciliation with a Trade Union Negotiation."
Any suggestions as to how to translate this concisely and accurately?

you could also say "collective conciliation" between Unions and Management
