"Validazione dell'anno scolastico.
Ai fini della validità dell'anno e dell'ammissione allo scrutinio finale, l'alunno ha frequentato per almeno tre quarti dell'orario annuale."
I'm struggling with "orario annuale" - the best I've come up with so far is "prescribed academic hours" - I'm not convinced though. Perhaps it would be better to talk in terms of "lesson hours", or "set lesson hours"?
Any input gratefully received!

attendance rate
UK schools talk about "attendance rates" so I'd just say "the pupil has an attendance rate of at least 75%"

annual hours
I'd say something like "has fulfilled at least three quarters of the annual hours requirement" or "has attended for at least three quarters of the required annual hours".
