Spanish term

títulos relacionados con el inmueble vendido

No sé cómo traducir "títulos" aquí. ¿Se refiere a deed o ownership o a otro concepto?

Muchísimas gracias

¿Será "title, possession and ownership"?

You can probably ignore "vendido", as it's obvious from the context. Title means ownership, and it can also mean deed, ie a record of that ownership. I believe the former is more appropriate here.

(Can) muniments of title connected with the (real) estate sold

Title subsumes ownership, but not possession that may not be germane to the sale, unless

1. the seller retains an 'interest in possession' or

2. there is a squatter, hold-over tenant or someone like a widow in possession with a registerable 'overriding' interest, namely one that can trump the sale.

Muniments include title deeds with a 'good root of title' in EN/Can law, namely docs that 1. show an unbroken chain of title 2. are at least x (15) years' old and 3. contain nothing to cast doubt on the tenure.

Also in Can & the US, deed means a conveyance of land, so IMO would be OK to use title dees here.

PS the word sold is crucial as may be a property leased.
