The original patent is Japanese. In the English translation, the terms 'test entry and 'study entry' have been used when the same Japanese term '試験エントリー時' has been used in the original. From looking at the graphs and the rest of the English text, it seems that 'test entry' and 'study entry' means 'at the beginning of the study'. It might be worth asking what the Japanese term means in the Japanese to English Kudoz list just to make sure.

Merci Drmanu Ça me paraitrait coller pour l'occurrence du document indiqué en exemple mais ma demande concerne plus précisément un tableau listant à gauche les différentes molécules utilisables ou traitements (chirurgie,..) pour une pathologie et à droite les voies d'administration ou des commentaires et j'ai "Allow Free Test Entry" en face de "Others".

La phrase source n'est pas claire mais je pense qu'il s'agit de l'évaluation initiale.
