English term

boutique museum

English to Arabic Other Construction / Civil Engineering Historical buildings
We consider that the primary objective for the Al
Zubara development is the creation and operation of
an international standard boutique museum. To clarify
and define this statement the following outlines the
characteristics of ‘international standard’ and ‘boutique
museum’.
A boutique museum should not be thought of as a
condensed version of a large museum
=========================================
What can we translate "boutique museum" into Arabic.

Note: I posted this question under the English section, and English professionals say that a boutique museum is a small specialized museum.

Thank you very much!

Waleed Mohamed (asker) Sep 23, 2005:
Hello Mr. Fuad, the museum will house archaeological items (antiquities) and will provide also documentary films, lectures, art works and workshops.
Fuad Yahya Sep 22, 2005:
What objects will be housed and exhibited in this museum?

المتحف المتخصص/ التخصصي

Based on the English (mono) suggestion you mentioned. The terms المتخصص and/or التخصصي usually reflect the meaning of "specialized". These two terms also should makes it unnecessary to specify the "housed and exhibited" items which may keep your translation of the source term simple and exact.
