English to Spanish Medical Medical (general) line blot

All samples were tested by both IIF and EliA CTD Screen (step 1) and if either or both screen tests were positive, line blot (Profile 3) and EliA CTD single specificity analyte testing (step 2) was performed.
Results:
Out of the tested 1030 samples
129 (13%) were positive for both ANA-IIF and EliA CTD Screen
