WinGF

German to English Bus/Financial Accounting financial/tax statements
I am translating a financial statement about income taxes, etc., and there is this 'WinGF' at the bottom of every statement page. On some of the pages, 'WinGF' is followed by a number, like '60,734' or just by a '*'.
The statement looks like it has been faxed, and so I was wondering if this 'WinGF' actually means something ...

who is it for? Have a look at the heading of the statement for example. This could be an abbreviation for something that is in the title or heading of the document or the abbreviation for a department name

According to this link, "GF" stands for "Gesamtfestsetzung" (which I take to mean "assessment of total income tax").
