It is in a section headed "Bitte produktspezifische Parameter eingeben". Other items in this list on which info is to be entered are :
Ausssehen, Farbe, Geruch, Geschmack, Konsistenz, Groesse, Stk/kg.

Judging from the ref, it could be the numerical results of analyses that have been carried out. The selection of what to measure depends on what the foodstuffs are.

Answer to BirgitBerlin (which I am putting here as I can't see where else to put it). Kalibrierung is after Konsistenz and before Groesse in the list.

I've nothing to base this on, but it seems to be something quite client-specific, so stick to a direct translation, that's my advice!

Since "kalibrieren" implies gauging, judging the "parameters" already mentioned later in parenthesis, mu suggestion would be to pick up on the "parameters" and add what it is to be gauged in this case, i.e. the product's quality.
