I found a number of references similar to Ingrid's when googling various general terms and conditions ("... free supplier's paying office", "free place of payment of ...", etc.), however, what disturbs me a little is that these are ALL translations. In other words, a US, Australian, Canadian or British company would presumably write something different. What that something is I haven't been able to pin down exactly, so I am suggesting this wording, as it reads easier (sounds less like legalese) and will cause fewer readers to wonder what the Hell is being said.
