и далее:

Как это элегантно сказать на английском? Спасибо!

"You are available."

I think that "my" is not needed because and it's clear that
the Director is the one who wants the player to be available
at his beck and call.

I would translate the second example in your question as
"You must continue the preparation and become available as soon as possible."
OR
"You must continue the preparation and return to availability status as soon as possible."
Example sentence:

available to do something: My professor is always available to talk to her students.
