Spanish term

La Secretaría General de Turismo.

The Secretariat General for Tourism

Among other things, they run the very good "Paradores" chain of hotels.

Excecutive Tourism Office

Like Liz, I'm not fond of "Secretariat..." and have taken great pains to find (or coin) other, more modern-sounding alternatives.
A Secretariat is the cabinet level unit of government also known as an Executive Office. Departments usually report to them.

In the UK, for example, we have the National Tourist Office (NTO) for Scotland.

So "National/Regional Tourist/Office".
