Source text - Spanish Al haber ocurrido el siniestro precisamente en los tres últimos días hábiles del mes, y coincidir incluso con el fin de semana, se acumulan cinco días de falta de emisión de las facturas por ventas realizados en el mes, debido al siniestro, y ello como consecuencia de concentrar los esfuerzos en la subsanación del proceso productivo y en la búsqueda de proveedores que pudieran suministrar los equipos dañados en lugar de las tareas administrativas habituales.
En este sentido indicarles que durante el transcurso del siniestro nuestro interlocutor, nos hizo saber la imposibilidad de emitir las facturas correspondientes a las ventas reales producidas en el último tercio del mes de agosto, dado que es habitual en la empresa llevar a efecto estos trámites en los últimos días. Por todo esto estimamos que se han dejado de emitir facturas correspondientes a los últimos 10 días del mes de agosto.
No obstante le transmitimos que dado que éstas se emitirían en el mes de septiembre, en el ajuste final en el que contemplamos igualmente dicho mes, no se vería alterado el resultado, pues el defecto de facturas del mes de agosto quedaría corregido en el mes de septiembre, donde obviamente se obtiene un incremento de ventas al absorber las no realizadas de los últimos día de agosto.
Queremos hacer mención en las cifras obtenidas de perdida de facturación para los meses de septiembre y octubre. Durante el mes de septiembre se sufrió la parada de la línea 1 durante cuatro días y de la línea 6 durante 30. Por otra parte en el mes de octubre la línea 6 continuo parada durante 10 días antes de su puesta en marcha. Si nos fijamos en la pérdida de facturación diaria estimada para el mes de septiembre (770.840 /30 =) 25.694,66 €/día y la comparamos con la de Octubre (753.620/10=) 75.362 €/día vemos una gran diferencia del orden del 300 % a pesar de haber estado paradas casi las mismas máquinas, lo que evidencia los comentarios expuestos.
La facturación esperada para el mes de agosto era de 5.779.483,84 €, como este mes tiene 31 días nos da una facturación diaria esperada de 186.434,96 €/día.

Accordingly, we would like to point out that in the course of the accident our interlocutor let us know the impossibility of issuing the invoices which corresponded to the actual sales of the last third of August, since it is habitual for the company to perform these procedures during the last days. As a consequence of this, we consider that the invoices which correspond to the last 10 days of August were not issued.
Nevertheless, we inform you that since these invoices would be issued in September, in the final adjustment in which we consider such month, the result would not be altered, as the August invoices flaws would be corrected in September, which would show a sales increase for absorbing those which were not performed in the last days of August.
We want to mention the obtained figures regarding the loss of invoicing for September and October. In September, line 1 shut down for four days and line 6 for 30 days. Moreover, in October line 6 remained shut during 10 days prior to its start-up. If we pay attention to the estimated daily invoicing loss for September (770,840 /30 =) 25,694.66 €/day and we compare it to the October loss (753,620/10=) 75,362 €/day we see a great difference of about 300%, although almost the same machines had been shut, which evidences the previous comments.
The expected invoicing for August was 5,779,483.84 € and as this month has 31 days it yields a daily expected invoicing of 186,434.96 €/day.

Source text - Spanish Dinámica de la eliminación de ooquistes de diferentes especies de Eimeria en terneras criadas artificialmente.
Introducción:
La coccidiosis bovina es una enfermedad parasitaria distribuida mundialmente y que afecta principalmente a animales jóvenes desde las primeras tres semanas de vida hasta el año de edad. Tradicionalmente los casos clínicos de esta enfermedad se asocian con altas tasas de contaminación fecal del alimento y con situaciones de estrés en animales de distintas edades (Bougton fitzgeralg). Los terneros de crianza artificial son una de las categorías más propensas a sufrir esta enfermedad, debido a la gran diversidad de factores predisponentes a los que están expuestas: separación de las madres a pocas horas de nacidos, posibles fallas en el calostrado, dificultades de adaptación a la alimentación artificial, espacio reducido en el que generalmente se encuentran durante esas primeras semanas de vida, etc. Esto sumado a una falta de respuesta inmune específica desarrollada, hace que el primer contacto con estos parásitos dependa en gran medida de la capacidad individual de generar una respuesta adecuada para frenar el desarrollo de una coccidiosis clínica.
El rol de la inmunidad frente a estos protozoos ha sido estudiado principalmente en gallinas y ratones. (Wallach, wakellin, Allen 2002, Schito, 1997 mesfin 1979, lilehod) y en menor proporción en bovinos ( andersen, Fiege et al 1992 y Faber et al Hermosilla et al, Arakawa, 1968 Hugues ) La inmunida humoral tendría un rol secundario en la protección contra infecciones y a pesar de existir pasaje de inmunoglobulinas a través del calostro, estas no serían lo suficientemente eficaces en impedir una infección en los terneros. (Fiege et al 1992 y Faber) Existen algunos trabajos realizados con eimerias de bovinos en done se pone de manifiesto la importancia de la inmunidad celular. (Hermosilla et al, Arakawa, 1968). Linfocitos TCD4+ estan involucrados en la resolución de infecciones primarias y linfocitos TCD8+ estarían mas relacionados con la respuesta frente a reinfecciones.
En nuestro país Votero y Suarez, () estudiaron la dinámica de eliminación de ooquistes en terneros de guachera en la provincia de Santa Fe durante la crianza artificial. Ellos encontraron que la mayor eliminación de ooquistes se producía alrededor de los 28-34 días de edad de los terneros. Estos autores mencionan las especies prevalentes sin mencionar como se comportan estas durante toda la crianza. Mas tarde Peralta y col, () hallaron los mayores recuentos de ooquistes a los 34-35 días de edad en animales criados no dando precisiones sobre las especies de Eimeria. En 1985 Guardis y col () realizaron un relevamiento de especies de eimerias en establecimientos tamberos del este de la provincia de Bs. As. incluyedo animales de todas las edades. Ellos hallaron ooquistes en el 83,7% de las muestras analizadas siendo la prevalencia de especies la siguiente: E. bovis( 87,63%), E.zuerni, (70,45%), E. ellipsoidalis, (23,36%), E. auburnensis ( 18,66%) y E. subspherica (1,97%). Ninguno de los trabajos arriba mencionados realiza observaciones sobre el comportamiento de las especies a lo largo de cada ciclo de crianza y menos aun revisan el comportamiento a lo largo del año.
Translation - English Oocysts elimination dynamics of different types of Eimeria in artificially bred calves
Introduction:
Bovine coccidiosis is a worldwide spread parasitic disease which mainly affects young animals, from the first three weeks until the year of life. The clinical cases of this disease are traditionally associated with the high rates of fecal contamination in the food, as well as with situations of stress in animals of different ages (Bougton fitzgeralg). The group most prone to suffer from this disease is that of artificially bred calves due to the great diversity of predisposing factors to which they are exposed: separation of the mother a few hours after they were born, possible failures in the calostrum feeding, difficulties in the adaptation to artificial diet, reduced space where they are generally placed during those first weeks after they are born, etc. All this, added to a lack of developed specific immune response, means that the first contact with these parasites depends mainly on the individual capacity to generate an adequate response capable of stopping the development of a clinical coccidiosis.
The role of immunity in relation with these protozoos has been studied mainly on chickens and mice (Wallach, wakellin, Allen 2002, Schito, 1997 mesfin 1979, lilehod), and in less proportion in bovines (Andersen, Fiege et al 1992 y Faber et al Hermosilla et al, Arakawa, 1968 Hugues). Humoral immunity would have a secondary role in the protection against diseases, and although there is some release of immunoglobulins through the calostrum, this would not be enough to stop an infection on calves (Fiege et al 1992 y Faber). There are some works carried out with bovine eimeras that show the importance of cellular immunity (Hermosilla et al, Arakawa, 1968). TCD4+ lymphocytes take part in the healing of primary infection and TCD8+ would be more related to the response against a reinfections.
In our country, Votero y Suarez () studied the oocysts elimination dynamics in calves of guachera in the province of Santa Fe during artificial breeding. They found out that the greatest oocyst elimination occurred approximately between 28 to 34 days after the calf was born. These authors mention the prevailing species without mentioning how they behave during the breeding. Later on Peralta and col () found out the greatest amount of oocysts after 34-35 days of birth in bred animals, but there are no details regarding the Eimera species. In 1985, Guadis and col () carried out a survey on species of eimeras in dairy farms from the East of the province of Buenos Aires, including animals of all ages. They found oocysts in 83% of the analyzed samples, being the prevalence of the species as follows: E. bovis( 87,63%), E.zuerni, (70,45%), E. ellipsoidalis, (23,36%), E. auburnensis ( 18,66%) y E. subspherica (1,97%). None of the works above mentioned comments on the behavior of the species during each breeding cycle, and least of all do they check on the behavior through the year.
