I am a native English speaker, originally from Chicago, with over 12 years of experience in translating legal, business, and technical texts.  I currently reside in Dublin, Ireland. While my native language is English, I am bilingual in Spanish, thanks to my upbringing within a Spanish family.

I specialize in technical translations due to my education and work history, specifically projects dealing with architectural, construction, or engineering subjects. I have also translated a number of screenplay related projects. Beyond this I find I have an instinctive feel for translation and interpretation between Spanish and English, in particular in instances which require a deep knowledge of the cultures involved.
