European Translators 2010

Italy

Description
The members of this group met online at a summer course of ongoing education and training for translators and language professionals. The name of the school was (and still is) European School of Translation - hence our name!

We have different backgrounds and come from different professional experiences, but what brought us together is the decision to make translation our business (besides being our passion). So, we are all freelancers who decided not only to keep in touch, but to constantly help one another and grow together.

Between all of us we manage many languages and language couples, and we are specialists in many fields. Check out our individual profiles for more information.

You can contact each of us for individual jobs, or the team leader or one of the team members for a big job you would like us to handle as a team.

Thanks for your visit!

...welcome! If you’re looking for a translator both experienced and professional, you’ve come to the right place.

A good translation can’t be improvised: to be really good at this job you need study and passion, continuous learning, a profound knowledge of the language you translate from, but also of the language you translate into, accuracy and punctuality, an inclination for research.

If you’re looking for all of the above in a translator, well you are in the right place and I am really glad of having – potentially – a customer like yourself.

I am an Italian mother-tongue translator, I translate mainly from English into Italian, I’m a specialist in the field of hospitality and tourism, but also knowledgeable in other sectors.

Eye for detail, reliability and punctuality. Able to work within tight deadlines and a good communicator.
