Summary:Stand out in the business and finance translation industry. Charge more for your work as a specilized translator. M&A translation is a technical competency that company's recruiters and translation agencies consider to be very valuable.
Description
Get started as a M&A Translator and Interpreter. Success in cross-border and multinational mergers and acquisitions (M&A) relies on effective understanding and communication across all parties, no matter the country or spoken language of the companies involved. The efficient, effective sharing of information between all parties to the transaction, in their language of choice, requires skilled translators and interpreters with a comprehensive understanding of the documentation it produces. As part of the business, financial and legal translation, this technical skill will help you make more money as a specialized translation. Mergers and Acquisitions refers to the consolidation of companies. A merger is a combination of two companies to form a new company, while an acquisition is the purchase of one company by another in which no new company is formed.
