Spanish term

Valla de replanteo

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Engineering (general) Topography
Term appearing in a curriculum outline of an university course in topography as part of a hydraulic engineering degree. Appears to be some kind of partition or boundary in the preparatory stages of a construction project.

Discussion

Replanteo no tiene nada que ver con plantas, sino con plantEar (agrimensura, etc.).
Noni Gilbert Riley Apr 21, 2007:
Ojo: Replanteo isn`t necessarily re-anything - normally site layout

I´m musing about the fence: to me this suggests wooden... so how about *buildingsite enclosure*
