nuclear family household / extended family household
It looks like your cases are covered by the definitions below. You'll find lots of other references on Google. In your case, "extended" and "joint" seem to overlap.
The key word is "household": we all have extended families, but they don't necessarily live in the same house with us!
This is from the site referenced below.
Who Lives In the Same House? (Cultural Rules/Ideals for Household Type):
Nuclear Family Household = parents and their children
Extended Family Household = three or more generations; parents, their married children and the grandchildren
Joint Family Household = two generations, but includes more than one married couple and their children; for example, two brothers, their wives and their children

If you look at the link below you will see that aggregato domestico is not necessarily synonymous with nuclear family - there are three types of "aggregato domestico" and only one "AD semplice", refers to a couple with children and this category also refers to couples on their own:
As for "AGGREGATO EFFETTIVO", it could refer to those currently resident at a particular address but whose normal place of residence is elsewhere - "current resident households".On British census forms a distinction is made between permanent residents and current residents.
