This is about driver's cab air conditioning. "Le chauffage est actif lorsque la température intérieure est inférieure à la température de consigne au niveau des reprises d'air pulsé."

I have provisionally translated this as "forced-air intakes". However, I'm not sure that it makes sense for this temperature to be measured at the intakes. "Inlets" perhaps?
