Handle Operation
To operate each axis of the loader, follow the steps described below.
1. Select the desired axis with the Axis Select switch.
(The lamp lights up.)
2. Select the desired magnification for the handle with the
Magnification switch.
* Movement per one notch of the handle
× 1 0.04 mm
× 10 0.4 mm
× 100 4 mm
3. Turn the handle.
