Un par de versiones más libre (¿quizá demasiado libre?) serían:
"Embárcate en la aventura del nuevo curso"...
"Empieza tu viaje de descubrimiento de conocimiento nuevo"...
"Empieza tu nuevo viaje con toda tu ilusión"...
Se podrían buscar formas más "marketingneras"..., pues hay formas y maneras... ;-)

Emprende el camino OR Emprende el viaje
Emprender means to start doing something and each new school year is a new journey that starts all over again. The word "Embarca"(embarcar) is also a good option but it is used later in the sentence... I hope this suggestion helps.
