periodo de sesiones de la corte

Entiendo que en los E.U.A. utilizan el término corte -mientras que en otros países como México, usamos tribunales. Te sugiero esta opción dependiendo del destino de tu traducción.

Hello, both your options are correct, you can translate court by "tribunal", "juzgado","corte". I'd use "corte" related to the UN and the E.C. uses the term "tribunal".
I think you can leave it at just "período de sesiones".
