Integrated company software consolidates business procedures
Issued on 23.11.2005
“It is difficult to put a figure on the numerous improvements brought about by Navision.”
Dr. Matthias Maier, managing director at Betec Electronic GmbH
The electronics company Betec can afford to smile. The printed circuit board specialist knows how to play a medium-sized company’s best cards: flexibility and a short decision making process. Crammed order books have lead to a rapid growth in sales in recent years. However, the production company’s pragmatic working methods and unorthodox IT structures meant that it was reaching the limits of its capacity. The volume of data to be processed had jumped up dramatically and was threatening to overextend its existing systems. The company therefore recently set its sights on the future. By introducing an integrated business software package, Betec Electronic GmbH was able to transfer existing working practices into seamless business procedures. The increase in the clarity of data provides management with the up-to-date business information required for making all the most important decisions.
