¿Puede alguien ayudarme con la última parte de este párrafo desde "serving the Demised Premises"?
Upon request by XX, the Lessor shall provide XX with the certificate(s) of maintenance and certificate(s) of inspection for any elevators [and/or other items of building plant or equipment] serving the Demised Premises from the appropriate regulatory authorities responsible for overseeing same.

Mis disculpas, no había leído bien:
certificados de mantenimiento y certificados de inspección correspondientes a los ascensores ..... que funcionan en el inmueble arrendado emitidos por los correspondientes entes reguladores a cargo de dichas inspecciones.
