Thank you so much!!!!!
Rosa Antomil Mar 18, 2016:
In that case, you could specify "High School Diploma - Leaving Cert equivalent" if you want. But just "High School Diploma with work training / work placement as an Administrative Assistant" should do, too. Good luck!
Miriam Fernandez (asker) Mar 18, 2016:
Thank you very much! It is a translation for a High school diploma granted in Argentine to be presented in Ireland.
Rosa Antomil Mar 18, 2016:
It would be useful to know what part of the world the translation will be used in and for what purposes. Each country has its own educational / vocational framework and the required translation might vary accordingly. I don't think "bachelor" is the right translation, by the way. Bachillerato, as far as I know, refers to high school, not university. At least, that's the case it Spain.

The country of origin of the document would be important. I hardly think that you would receive a Bachelor's degree out of High School and you did say "Diploma secundario".

So, "High School Diploma with work training as an Administrative Assistant" or something along those lines. However, it is not a B.A.

@ Susie: Appreciate your input. However, as far as "vocational training" is concerned, one would have expected to see "formación profesional"

GLOSSARY ENTRY (DERIVED FROM QUESTION BELOW)
Spanish term or phrase: formación profesional
English translation: vocational training

This is "capacitación laboral" which although "work training" may sound a tad funny to some ears, I believe the idea being conveyed is "practical on-the job training" vs. "vocational", IMO.

High School Diploma with vocational training as an Administrative Assistant

I mostly agree with Taña but think that "work training" sounds a bit odd, so I would go for "vocational training" instead.
