Se trata de una constancia expedida por un Colegio de Economistas en donde se certifica que un licenciado X no ha sido citado por el tribunal disciplinario del colegio en cuestión, y que no está sometido a procedimiento adminstrativo por incumplimiento de la ley de ejercicio profesional.
Ahora bien, la primera parte la tengo resuelta con HAS NEVER BEEN ORDERED TO APPEAR BEFORE THE (...), pero el término procedimiento administrativo me causa un poco de confusión. Tengo un diccionario legal donde proponen ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING. Lo que no tengo en claro es si PROCEEDING es el equivalente adecuado en este caso.
